Moving on, another NA giant and winners of the recent VCT Challengers tournament where they won against OpTic Gaming in the finals. XSET is a team that has had the curse of occupying the top 3, but they have never yet had their big win, and they recently made it. This is one of the few rosters on the scene that hasn't had any roster changes in a long time, and they seem to be in their peak form now. Well, it looks like this tournament will show who is the king of the NA region! LOUD is currently the best Brazilian roster and the runner ups of VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik. They are also winners of VCT Challengers where they haven't lost a single map..., yup, a single map; they just swept everyone. They are just pure beasts and even though they are still underdogs in some people's eyes, we can't wait for when they will crush all these popular teams during the VCT Copenhagen event. | © Riot Games / VALORANT Esports
EMEA has outstanding representation at this tournament, but if we had to pick one team from the region to watch, it would be Fnatic. Why? Because of their big-brain tactics and the way they outplay their opponents. They always seem to be prepared with their tactics, and they don't really have a stable playstyle. Their team comp choices, their strategies, lineups... it's all so 200 IQ that we had to mention them in this gallery. Moreover, it's mostly prepared by Jake "Boaster" Howlett, who is the IGL of the team and also one of the players you should really watch out for in this tournament. DRX is actually the lineup of Korea's Vision Strikers, which is the team that is known for its 102-match win streak, and they can be a really tough nut to crack for teams from more significant regions, especially since they always seem to play off-meta, which surprises NA/EMEA teams. In theory, this tournament doesn't have bad teams, but these rosters really showed that they know what the game is all about which is why we can expect them to dominate their matches.
