G2 Gozen, the female Valorant team, has already achieved multiple international victories in Valorant esports, particularly in the Game Changer VCTs. However, after losing their former leader Julia "juliano" Kiran and star player Maryam "Mary" Maher in 2022, Anastasiya 'Glance' Anisimova, who has been there from the beginning, has also decided to part ways with the team.
But, as it goes in esports, replacements are swiftly arranged. And it won't be just anyone. G2 has its sights set on a player from BBL Queens.
G2 Gozen Valorant: Saying Goodbye to Glance And Welcoming A New Player
Currently, G2 Gozen consists of the following players:
- Vivian "roxi" Schilling
- Michaela "mimi" Lintrup
- Petra "Petra" Stoker
- Sarah "sarah" Ahmed
Now, Glance has stepped down from the team and she mentioned the specific reasons in an interview with valorantzone.gg. She emphasized the visa problems associated with her home country, Russia. Additionally, Glance highlighted the high taxes in Germany, as the G2 organization is based there. Moreover, she mentioned challenges with bootcamps, which apparently are part of the training workload.

Regarding future prospects, Glance will see if an opportunity arises with another esports organization. Otherwise, she plans to further expand her streaming career.

It seems Aleyna 'Vania' Keskin has reached an agreement with G2 Gozen, making her the fifth member. Vania is no stranger to the professional scene, having been the IGL of the Turkish team BBL Queens. The team has been quite successful in Valorant tournaments and has frequently reached the finals.
