Especially with Raze and Killjoy officially becoming canon, we know that the tensions between agents in the Valorant Protocol are more than just our imagination. Before Killjoy and Raze were confirmed, they also had subtle voice lines, like when Raze asks Killjoy:

Though it's speculative, I've noticed Sova and Fade interact a lot. They both call each other 'Hunter,' because their abilities are similar.
Fade's Haunt and Sova's Recon Dart both reveal enemies behind walls. Is it just competition, or is there more? During his Ultimate, Sova calls:
