Valorant is hungry for a good bundle after the rather disappointing Intergrade Bundle release in the previous weeks. Riot's answer to that is the Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 bundle which has been in the works since March.
Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 has been in the works for quite a long time, and we hope it was for a reason! Leaks dating from early March stated that the development started earlier this year, and with the leaks spreading crazy it's probably the next bundle to be released on the Valorant Store. Which skins it will have, how they will look like & more is what you can find in the next chapter of this article.
All You Need To Know About The 2.0 Version Of Gaia's Vengeance
Gaia 1.0 was certainly one of the most bought bundles on the Valorant Market, and its popularity sparked Riot's interest in making the 2.0 version and adding the missing weapon pieces.
Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Weapon Skins
The bundle is expected to have a similar cost of 7,100 VP to its original version and it will feature:
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Phantom (1,775 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Ares (1,775 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Bucky (1,775 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Shorty (1,775 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Axe & Knife (3,550 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Gun Buddy (475 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Player Card (375 VP)
- Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Spray (325 VP)
Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Price & Release Date
These are obviously the prices you would pay if you buy the skin pieces individually, if you decide to buy it in a bundle you'll get the melee for free as the discount covers it. As this is still a leak, the prices might vary and change, but the price wouldn't be much higher or lower. The Intergrade bundle will be available for almost three more days, and we should expect the Gaia 2.0 skin collection soon after.
Is The Gaia's Vengeance 2.0 Bundle Better Than The 1.0?
The first thought that comes to mind once bundles like these appear is "Is it better than the 1.0?", and that's totally okay. Since the leak was released, there have been dozens of comments about it, and here are the most popular critics:
- It would have been much better to just have the knife, instead of the combination of Axe & Knife
- The Axe model is the same and should've been upgraded
- The Guardian looks like a wand.
Even though most of the comments are negative about the bundle, it's a good addition since they've added the missing weapon skins like the Phantom, and the Gaia stans can be content with it.
