The VCT 2023 Pacific League is around the corner, and it will feature 10 teams from South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and South Asia battling for three spots in the VCT Masters Tokyo and Valorant Champions. Let's check out everything we know about it; from discussing this tournament's format to the full match schedule!

VCT 2023 Pacific League: Format

The format is pretty much the same as with the Americas and EMEA leagues. The games will start on March 25 with a Regular Season stage that will last for 8 weeks (until May 16). During this stage, all teams will compete against each other in a single round-robin, with every match being a BO3 series.

After the Regular Season stage, the 6 best teams will make it to the Playoffs phase that will be played in a double-elimination bracket. From there:

• Top 3 teams qualify for VCT Champions 2023
• Top 4 teams qualify for VCT Masters Tokyo

The Playoffs phase will run from May 19 to May 28, and well, as you can see, the stakes are high. We could say this is a season-defining tournament; besides this league, there won't be any more opportunities to qualify for Champions (besides one Last Chance Qualifier in July).
