VCT 2023 Americas League: Format
VCT 2023 Americas League will be split into two tournament stages: Regular Season and Playoffs.
So, Regular Season will pretty much be a single round stage lasting for 8 weeks total, with every match being played in a BO3 format.
The top six teams from the Regular Season will advance to the Playoffs stage that will be played in a double-elimination bracket. In this stage, top 4 teams will qualify for VCT Masters Tokyo, and top 3 teams will make it to VCT Champions 2023. With all that said, it's clear that the VCT Americas League the most important part of the VCT 2023 season for North America, Latin America, and Brazil regions.
VCT 2023 Americas League: Location
The tournament will be held at the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles, which was previously used as an LCS Studio for League of Legends. Moreover, the first 4 weeks will also be available for live audience, with relatively cheap tickets ($10-$20)!.
