TenZ Apologizes For Selling A Mouse "That Had No Finalized Shape, Specs, Or Weight"

Tenz just tried to sell a mouse for $200 without showing us what it looked like or revealing any of the specs. Arrogance or genius?

TenZ, a popular esports player and streamer, launched a successful mouse with Finalmouse in 2022, earning over $7.5 million in one day.

However, his recent launch of the "TenZ Secret Mouse" under his own brand faced criticism for lack of details and pre-order requests without showing the product. He has now apologized for this rather strange idea of his management.

TenZ Apologizes To Fans After Backlash Over His "Secret Mouse:

“My management believed it was an interesting idea to reveal each part of the mouse step by step and allow people to pre-order if they believed in the project. Looking back at it now, I know it was a stretch to attempt to sell a mouse that had no finalized shape, specs, or weight.
At the end of the day, Shape is King,”
he made clear in an apology statement on X, formerly Twitter.

We completely agree with the community that customers should be fully informed about a product, especially when pre-ordering. With limited availability of only 20,000 units and a price tag of $200 each, it's understandable that people want to know what they're investing in before they make a purchase.

But we like that TenZ made it clear that it was not meant to be a scam, and he announced that he will stop the pre-orders as well as offer refunds to people who have already bought the mouse. GG!
