The mode that was recently in beta in Valorant: Premier allows you to qualify for Challengers and VCT starting from Episode 8! Find more details and the conditions below.
With VRCs (Valorant Regional Circuits) and now Premier, players have the chance to climb to the top ranks alongside major pro players. Riot also emphasized that this is just the beginning. They are testing different possibilities and in the future, further steps will be taken to promote inclusivity in Valorant esports.
Qualify for Challengers with Premier - Now In-Game and Straightforward
Now, teams can qualify directly for the Challenger Leagues instead of going through third-party qualifiers. However, there are some dates and conditions you should be aware of:
- You need to reach the highest tier of Premier, the Contender Division.
- Your current rank must be at least Immortal 3 and your ranked matches have to be recent by the time Episode 8 Act 1 starts on January 10, 2024.
- Of course, you can achieve this only with a suitable team. So, team up with players holding similar ranks, who are also actively participating in ranked matches. Register your team in Premier between January 8 - 17, 2024.
- All team members must be at least 16 years old.
- Enroll in the Challengers Open Qualifier with the roster from your Contender Division.
- No Pro players are allowed to participate, and only one account per person is permitted. Otherwise, there will be substantial penalties.
We define Pros as players who are currently on an active Challenger or International League roster. Game Changers competitors are eligible to compete in Premier. Players who are found competing in Premier and in violation of our policies will face penalties
And last but not least:
Compete in Challenger Open Qualifiers throughout January for promotion into Challengers.
